ROSTELLAN F5592

A grand velvety damask flock printed on acrylic taffeta. Once the seat of the Marquess of Thomond, Rostellan Castle in County Cork was demolished in the 1920s but the lake in its former grounds is now home to a bird sanctuary. The 1st Marquess, Murrough O’Brien, was a gambler with a zest for life and a taste for drink (6 bottles a day!)
